Do we Deliver?

YES!!  We ship nation-wide using USPS.  Shipping using Priority Mail will result in a shipping time from production of one business day to the tri-state area; two business days to most of the rest of the country; and occasionally three days to the West Coast.   For RUSH orders, we recommend shipping overnight using Priority Express.

Additionally, we offer LOCAL DELIVERY in Manhattan. For orders of 3 dozen or less, the cost is $12. For 4-6 dozen, the cost is $16. Please call the store for the delivery charge for larger orders at 212.799.7779.

Are all our products Kosher, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free and Dairy-Free?

All of our products are certified kosher. Other than our chocolate pretzels, and cookies & cream flavors, all our treats are gluten free. The base of our treats are all dairy-free, however some toppings contain dairy (there are denotes as such in the store). A couple of our treats contain nuts as do many of our breakfast bars. We do our best to separate nut and non-nut items; however those with severe allergies should probably not consume our treats.  We prepare our items that contain nuts on separate equipment using separate utensils.

How big are our treats?

They are 3 bites… but depends on size of your bite.

What flavors do we offer?

We have 12 original flavors at all times; and we have additional flavors that rotate seasonally.

What is the Treat House Return Policy?

Treat House guarantees your complete satisfaction with every order. Your order is carefully packaged to ensure perfect delivery. Once your order leaves our shop, it is in our carrier’s hands. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays due to weather conditions, package refusal or incomplete/ incorrect addresses. If for some reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us at info@treathouse.com. There is no exchange for Treats of other items purchase from our online store. How are our treats packaged?

We offer 1-packs, 4-packs, 12-packs (available in gift box), 24-packs (available in gift box)

Can the Treats be frozen?

Yes! As long as they are in original packaging. They are best defrosted for 24 hours under refrigeration prior to serving.

Do we make custom flavors?

Yes! With a minimum order of 80 with a consultation with our executive pastry chef.

How long do Treats last?

In our air tight packaging the TREATS will last at least 4-5 days at room temperature. To keep them at their prime longer than that, they should be frozen.
