Do we Deliver?
YES!! We ship nation-wide using UPS. Shipping using GROUND service will result in a variable delivery time, based on your distance from New York. Please see our ground delivery map on our check out page for specific delivery times to your destination.
Can I Request a Specific Delivery Date?
We will always try our best to deliver on the date that your would like, however we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. You can request a specific delivery date using the calendar on the check out page. However, please understand that the calendar will allow you to request any delivery date you like, even if that date is not possible with ground shipping. We cannot do the impossible. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, we won’t be able to get it to you on Monday. If you place an order on Tuesday after we close, we will not be able to deliver it on Wednesday–regardless of the shipping method selected. If you require delivery sooner than what is possible based on the ground shipping calendar, please select 2-Day Air or Overnight Shipping. If you have questions about the best shipping method to get you treats on a specific date, please email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Are all our products Gluten-Free, Nut-Free and Dairy-Free?
Other than our chocolate pretzels, cookies & cream flavors all our treats are gluten free. The base of our treats all start off as dairy-free, however we add ingredients that contain dairy, such as milk chocolate and caramel, to some (there are denotes as such on the treats description). Our chocolate peanut butter treat is our only treat that contains nuts, we do our best to separate nut and non-nut items. We prepare our items that contain nuts on separate equipment using separate utensils. We are meticulous about avoiding cross contamination with all allergens; however we recommend that those with severe allergies should probably not consume our treats.
Additionally–All of our Treats contain SOY.
Although we used to be certified Kosher, we are NO LONGER CERTIFIED KOSHER.
How big are our treats?
They are 3 bites… but it depends on size of your bite. 😉
What flavors do we offer?
We have 12 original flavors at all times; and we have additional flavors that rotate seasonally.
What is the Treat House Return Policy?
Treat House guarantees your complete satisfaction with every order. Your order is carefully packaged to ensure perfect delivery. Once your order leaves our shop, it is in our carrier’s hands. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays due to weather conditions, package refusal or incomplete/ incorrect addresses. If for some reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no exchange for Treats of other items purchase from our online store.
How are our treats packaged?
We offer 1-packs, 4-packs, 12-packs (available in gift box), 24-packs (available in gift box)

Can the Treats be frozen?
Yes! As long as they are in original packaging. They are best defrosted for 24 hours under refrigeration prior to serving.
Do we make custom flavors?
Yes! With a minimum order of 80 with a consultation with our executive pastry chef.
How long do Treats last?
In our air tight packaging the TREATS will last at least 7-10 days at room temperature. To keep them at their prime longer than that, they should be frozen. Our plastic wrapped bars and donuts last approximately 6 month at ambient temperature.
