Can I choose my own mix of treats?
Yes. Build your own box by choosing a 12, 24 or 36-pack, then selecting your flavors and packaging.
Where do I upload a photo or logo?
On a custom treat product page, use the artwork upload field before adding the product to your cart. You can upload a JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF file up to 10 MB.
Can I send corporate gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. Use our corporate gifting form to share your order details. Select multiple shipping addresses and upload the completed shipping template so our team can review your request.
How do I choose a delivery date?
Orders ship as soon as possible by default. Enter your destination ZIP code in the cart for an estimated ground arrival range. If you need a later date, choose an available day and save your request. Final timing depends on your address and shipping method. For an event or larger order, contact our team before ordering to confirm timing.
